  The viability of being a participant in the value addition chain in the Agric. Sector should be sufficient for young people still figuring out if it's an industry they'll like to commit themselves to. I identify college graduates for this undertaking because financing the upstream part of the chain remains relatively aggregated and doing so should provide you guys with something purposeful and rewarding.
