How can bonds issued by govt against its indebtedness to SSNIT, resolve your liquidity changes since these bonds will take between 5 to 10 years to manure? In any case, the bonds are just empty papers issued by govt and physical cash is needed to pay pensioners and this cash may not be ready even when the bods mature. Where will Akufo-Addo, the bogus finance ministers, you this do called SSNIT boss and all the looting bregades be in 5 years time to pay all these monies? Do u think Ghanaians are dump and can't analyze things?
