Hunger is the political ill will of the people in the affected areas to seek peace and stability. Hunger is more prevalent in areas where there are never ending wars. To end wars, the world need to stop sending food to these areas but encourage mass migration to peaceful areas and feed the refugees. If there are no people in an area how do the fighters get their power. From nowhere and at this point they will be speaking to each other seeking peace. Look Somalia is a prime example of this approach.
Let's talk peace instead of war. No country or civilization has ever lasted so long when it spends all its energy and resources fighting wars.
