  The function of Government to collect our taxes and provide the citizens with a civilized existence should just be that. On the provision of civility to the citizenry, the African has chosen to exercise the role of a tribal chieftain instead of that of a Governor(Western) largely due to the lack of the skill set needed to run a Colony/Government successfully.
  The explosion of our population on the Sub Region presents an opportunity in our view instead of that of instability due to the pressure on food, water and other necessities

  That opportunity can only be realized if the judgement call is made, here a collective decision by Officialdom and the people to strike for Equity. Once that convergence point is reached the vessel to deploy in achieving development is that of being spoilt for choice because many, many people from all walks of life have spoken and written extensively about how the Sub Region achieve development. Personally i feel the condition is appropriate for that judgement call to be made for the Sub Region to get it Right on at least two fronts Political and Economical
