  I am in doubt that this the right decision. It's the same thing with handing out loans for low percentage and later on even dash .

  I am European. 14 years in Ghana . Mismanagement and corruption is leading causing investors to leave the country in large numbers . The most complain I hear is stealing, fraud and even paying higher taxes as local people
  If a foreign company wants to open a branch in Ghana and is non citizen they are supposed to bring us dollars 250.000 for some kind of business. Supermarkets even up to one million . What can you expect for that investment in exchange. You become the cash cow . I can not advise anyone to invest there hard sweat in this country.
