Instead of supporting every farmer in any community with agricultural machinery at a rental basis to maximize production, for govt to buy the farm product for export and to feed factories. In this way, the farmer can afford for children's education even up to tertiary. Our system of farming does not encourage maximum production. This result in poverty of the rural areas thus forcing the youth to migrate to Accra. See? To sume up. Under production result in poverty, poverty forces the youth to migrate. Why people are traveling to abroad? Is it not due to poverty course by govt under performance?

Busy scheming against opponents.
Not creating systems to help people contribute sweat and toil.
Lacking redundancy in basic technology application.

Lagging in 12th century BC in this 21st century using hoes and cutlasses; not even cattle or horse to plough. But consuming all of the cattle as meat and having back aches after using hoes.
