  Yeah. I tried to buy a car from GRA/CEPS, the guy extorted 6,000 cedis from us, changed the make of the car we wanted and then never supplied it. The cars only go to Customs Officers and those who pay a big private premium to the man in charge. Corruption as usual at CEPS/GRA!
