  Let us not rush into projects we start and not finish

  Let us not rush into projects we start and not finish
  There are so many projects which the NPP government started and have been left uncompleted. We need a lot of money to complete so many roads especially Accra Tema motorway. President Mahama described the situation he met as a battle field due to several uncompleted projects. The Tema Oil Refinery needs to be revamped to come on stream. Why can't we modernise it to serve a good purpose by bridging the petroleum gap and creating jobs. A word to a wise is enough. Thank you.
