  It's still too high. Now that we have the chance, why don't we bring it down to like around GHS 5.0 Cedis if possible? Because the dollar can appreciate again at anytime. Let's not forget that we are a net importer and we also have a lot of debts to pay.
  Let's allow the Cedi to appreciate freely like the way it depreciates freely. Let's think about the years of salary erosion, living standards and the cost of living of the ordinary Ghanaians.

  Pull up the value of the cedi to 10 to one US dollar. Then hold it there during the next 3 years of Mahama. Predictability is part of the ForeX issue. Let's keep out the NPP for a long time.

  Bro, $1 to 10 cedis is still high..the Ndc Govt should work hard to bring the dollar to $1=5 cedis..that’s real economic freedom..If the govt is able to bring $1 to 5cedis and stabilize it for the remaining of the years, u will see how Ghana will be transformed to a first class country..one characteristic of a developed country is about stability of their currencies..the govt needs to do more to bring the cedi to 5 cedis to a dollar and stabilize it..sustainability and stability is the key to economic freedom..
