  I don't believe that the letter is coming from the regional labour office with the regional director signing. I said so because, the heading "WORM IT MAY CONCERN", IF the said letter is truly coming from the secretary of the regional director and only for him to sign without reading, then Ghana is in trouble. Deep one of course.
