THE FUEL LEVY IS AN INGENIOUS PLAN BY THE PRESENT GOVERNMENT. .TO HELP SOLVE THE DEBT LEFT BY THE NPP GOVERNMENT. VERY SOON GHANAIANS WILL REAP THE GOOD RESULT OF THIS MOVE.
