Whether that money is from the IMF, World Bank, FIFA, your Mother or somewhere IN BETWEEN! If it is not yours, somebody worked for it. Banks were closed, pensioner's LIFE SAVINGS were being given HAIR CUTS after being told for years to save towards retirement. Meanwhile, scums of the NPP were loading govt payrolls with GHOST EMPLOYEES and CHARGES that no one can explain.
