  You increased , yes but the corruptions never changed in the departments. I would rather advised you to increase transparency, fight corruption and accountability.

  But Minister, most of those charges are Dollar denominated so should they not be reucing instead of increasing? Factory Inspectorate is in Dollar equivalent, Forestry is in Dollars and Dollar equivalent and so on and so on!!
