Surely, the Minister means allocated, not spent?
As much as these roads are very important what is happening to our rail network? Rail network connecting regoin to region reduces cost of doing business and will help bring down cost of food prices drastically in the country
Go and ask the NPP how much is that bus size used trains they bought!
