It is already dead on arrival. The money being spent on this project could have been used to pay the nurses' salaries, which have been in arrears for 10 months.

Go to the vertinery college at Pong Tamale to see if they have any birds. Just counting collapsed farms was enough to tell the government that the project is not feasible. I am a 2 time victim of foreign breed poultry management.
