The 11 months achievement could be an initiative of the past administration that are yielding fruits. Who knows?
Our problem now is our lands, water, and food being poisoned by galamsey chemicals. Saving billions is important, but saving water and land are essential to our survival. If the land and water destructions continue we would end up with nothing. We would wither and die from toxic food and poisoned water, and the profits from gold would mean nothing. It's time for the administration to ban all private mining to save our lands. What would become of profits from gold if the land is destroyed and water and food poisoned?

Saving billions is important to the economy, yes and so are our water bodies. If the government does not ban all private mining, there would be a time when food and water would all become toxic, including waters under the ground, and probably result in killing all of us. Money from gold would then become useless because the food they buy would have toxicity from cyanide and mercury (the two uncontrolled chemicals used to separate gold from ore)
If all our foods and water become toxic to the body, what would become of money from gold? Eating toxic food from profits from gold is not worth it.
