Find private investors..tou also need sxhool buses that run along a route closer to student residence at least once every hr or 30min transporting students for free or pay what you can...to campus..these are what presidents or chairman like yourself ought to be doing not coming here asking for funding....look at the name.   Well crafted and seasoned speech. This is the mind of a political strategists but the counsel Chair must and is yet to immense himself in true and selfless service to the service of Yilo and Somanya..
  He has been cited in so many self serving schemishes with locals to undo them..
  At this stage he must recognized that he is one of the accomplished statesmen in Kloman and must therefore immense himself in total selfless service to uplift the infrastructural development and empowerment of indigenes to take commanding heights in entrepreneurial and investments endeavors in Yilo and beyond. How about fixing the perennial water crises in Somanya, unemployment issues etc..?
  
  Now, Somanya with it's ancient stature as a colonial district Capital of Kaoga has no industrial hub to attract factories and industries to offer job opportunities to it's vibrant and teeming youths as compared to Asutuare or Shia Osudoku which boast of many industries and factories offering jobs opportunities to it's job seeming people, why ? This and many more must attract the attention of counsel chair, Seth Terkper and many such high flying Yilo and Manya Klo intellectuals and entrepreneurs making waves outside their motherland.. they must rIse above their selfserving, social cultural pettiness and come and invest at home.
  Why won't they work hard enough to set up and bring investors to set up cement factory in the Klo enclave, why when limestone is transported from the Klo encalve to Takoradi, Aflao and Tema to produce cement, when it could easily be produced in Kpong or Somanya in Yilo and the Manya enclave.??? Somanya, Manya needs a cement factory now and this should occupy the attention and minds of counsel Chair and his colleagues to do something immediate to solve the problem now.. Yilo must rise, manya must rise and Somanya must rise now???.
