The cost for water treatment is rocketing up. The water bottling companies using the water supply in millions of litres everyday should be charged heavy tariffs. They grab this cheap limited water supply costing pesewas per litre and put it in a bottle and charge upto ghc 5 to even ghc 25 cedis a litre. The general population ends up not getting water supply and has to turn around and buy bottled water even for basis necessities. PURC should wisen up and not keep increasing tarrifs on the average Ghanaian whilst these water grabbing guys make huge profits.

In Kasoa where the PUWU Hotel is situated, water flows only once a month and mostly at night. Some months, it doesn't flow at all. Your services aren't the best. Please improve
