  Just banning export is not the answer. The processing companies have to offer the farmers a better rate so that they want to sell to them so they then can employ more people and key exporting to a minimum. Some government wil ...

  Just banning export is not the answer. The processing companies have to offer the farmers a better rate so that they want to sell to them so they then can employ more people and key exporting to a minimum. Some government will subsidise the companies to bring that about to help with employment.
