  Please just read through his background and you would agree the guy is brilliant. A Chartered Accountant, Masters Degree in Law and others. With these qualifications, I think it becomes easy to pursue and obtain PhD since you gain a lot of knowledge. Also note that international organisations like UN etc do not appoint people with fake titles but with knowledge and professional experience. The ICAG itself is an accomplished institution that trains and has trained a number of professional accountants, tax experts and others. Do you think ICAG will appoint any person anyhow as CEO to lead it? Please enough of some of these unnecessary comments.

  Where is his ph D from? University of Nicaraugua or the SWiss managment school?. He is no doubt an accoumplished accountant but not a phd hold please.
