  We rather want to know CLEARLY how you run TOR to be profitable...
  
  Many believe that it is too small to make any profits to be sustainable...otherwise what we will forever see is that our poor IMF-infested economy giving money to what should be run by the private sector.....I don't understand how an INCOMPETENT (all Ghana) govts which can't even sweep our streets can be expected to run such complex operations as oil refinery SUSTAINABLY.....I want Ghanaians to realize that SIGA spoon-fed state own entities are part of our poor state!!!

  If it keeps running at a loss it should be privatised. It should not be allowed to be a drain on the taxpayer again. We know them and what they can do especially the management and union. We are watching.
