This water Minister said so much but never in one sentence did he say all Ghanaians will have access and flow to water 24/7. These guys have no clue as to how to mange a country. Water is a basic necessity. I have been in the UK for 40 years and if I can remember, I have had just twice no flow of water and that was due to extreme weather. I am in Ghana as I type I have experienced water not flowing in Tema 4 times. And I have only been here for just one week. Shit Leaders
