THIS IS A GOOD THOUGHT MR. MAHAMA. IT'S MY HOPE THAT THEY WILL COMPLY. MY PROBLEM IS THAT THE SALARIES AND BOARD SITTING ALLOWANCES OF ALL THESE SOEs IS SIMPLY PUT OUTRAGEOUS AND EATS INTO WHATEVER INCOME THEY MAKE. MY SUGGES ...

MY SUGGESTION IS THAT, FIRST OF ALL CUT THEIR SALARIES AND PECKS UNTIL THEY MEET TARGETS SET BY YOU. LET THEM SHOW YOU THEIR SET TARGETS FOR THE YEAR IN VIEW BEFORE ISSUING ANNUAL REPORT DIRECTIVES.
