Farmers will be paid at current price for it while it was sold at lower price a couple of years ago. Cocobod is not out of the woods yet.

Cocoa butter is used to make many various products which African scientists don't know. Africa don't have the technology to turn these natural ressources to finished products. Europeans, Americans and some Asian nations have industrial technologies to manufacture their own products sell them locally and abroad like Chinese. Africa is very rich but the people are poor because the brains are not working properly.

The money is largely embezzled by COCOBOD management. Through COCOBOD and a recent corresponding scheme for tree nuts, the government ruins Ghana farming. Most other governments support farming, Ghana strangles it.

Do you know palm nut is suffering for sales. Last year December price of palm nut a rubber was c150 now it's c50 the same rubber. It's cheap now because of bountiful supply whiles the c150 was because of shortages
It's there you will see buyers chasing after farmers but when prices come down it's farmers who chase after buyers.
