  Isn't it about time to digitize anything that moves in Ghana than to rely on the manual thing that doesn't help. With digitization, and a small machine in hand, anything inside these trucks can be easily detected but the Ghanaian prefer the old system where cheating can go and later blame someone other than him/herself.
