  The govt should come with a simple rule. Any Ghanaian who is rich enough to buy ridiculously ecpensive cars such as Lamborghini, Roll Royce, Maybach, Bentley, Ferrari etc should pay 200 percent tax on it.

  The govt should come with a simple rule. Any Ghanaian who is rich enough to buy ridiculously ecpensive cars such as Lamborghini, Roll Royce, Maybach, Bentley, Ferrari etc should pay 200 percent tax on it.
  A special fund should created. So, anyone with more money than brains who buys a Bugati Veyron at 1 million dollars pays 2 million dollars tax in Ghana.
  The govt can use that tax money to buy 20 decent Made in Brazil Marco Polo 50 seater buses at 100,000 dollars each for the general public to use on the Metro Mass Bus Transport. This is no brainer. Singapore does it and it works. Simple as that! Who needs a million dollar car on our dusty and pot-hole rrddled roads in Ghana? We got to hit them hard.
