  I live at spintex, near the Kotobabi school. I have not had water for one year. I went to the GWCL office ,Kotobabi Spintex and was told the water had gone to Accra. They decide where the water should be pumped to. Very very bad. Meanwhile every .month somebody is paid to come and read the metre when they know very well that they are not supplying water to the community.

  The problem in general is the mindset of leaders, MP, MD, CEO ...
  There to busy thinking of profits and self, many don't understand the job, only have pieces of paper past a test. No practical knowledge or experiences.

  While blaming the top bosses, one must also look at attitude of workers and supervisors.
  
  Water pipes should be 3 feet down, many single pipes are only 6 - 10 ins down. The digers say its hard digging. Why you see somany cut pipes. Plus lost of water through them.
  
  Management don't plan the know houses ne water BT never put a main pipe in for connections.
  These are just two issues.
  
  Education is the problem the way students are taught now.
