  Kotipo,it is only when a failing NDC government is in power that one hears that both parties are the same,they are not and have never been the same,NPP governments always leave a legacy NDC no legacy,let's wait and see what legacy this NDC government will leave.John Mahama says he is going to construct Accra/Kumasi Expressway,Express who????This man inherited the Eastern Corridor Road which was already under construction,he could not complete it after five and a half whole years even after shamelessly collecting a Ford Expedition vehicle bribe from the contractor,no doubt the contractor fled after change of government.There are currently ongoing Accra/Takoradi,Accra/Kumasi and Accra/Aflao constructions which for all intents and purposes he can never complete,so which right-thinking person will believe that this same incompetent man can start and complete the so-called Expressway.He should tackle the western and Eastern Railway Lines to operationalise the Boankra Inland Port for Ghanaians to remember him for.
