I wish to commend Prof Joshua Alarbi and his board for the good work they are doing for the GCB BANK. As much as the Bank is operating to make profits by rendering good service to customers, I see certain service charges by the Bank as UNFAIR.

I AM PARTICULARLY NOT SATISFY WITH THE SERVICE CHARGES ON THE USE OF ATM CARDS AND ELECTRONIC SERVICES. IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT SUCH CHARGES AT THE END OF THE DAY MAKES THE CUSTOMER LOSE MORE MONEY THAN THE SO-CALLED INTEREST HE/SHE EARNS ON SAVINGS. HOW DO YOU TAKE SO MUCH FROM SOMEONE AND RETURN LESS TO HIM???

MY HUMBLE APPEAL TO PROF ALARBI AND HIS BOARD IS THAT IF THEY ARE BENT ON CONTINUING WITH THESE EXHORBITANT SERVICE CHARGES THEN THEY MUST EXEMPT RETIREES WHO ARE RECEIVING "KO FIE KO WU" PENSION PAYMENT.
