At least from 2017 to 2024 under NPP, small holder farmers benefitted from subsidized seeds, fertilizers etc. NDC is in its second year but the farmers are yet to receive any support from government. The rainy season has commenced but still no show. Even the bumper harvest experienced last year was as a result of input support given to farmers by NPP in 2024. So what is the Agric Ministry doing - only talking? May be the Ministry should be merged with Information Ministry.
