I will also advise you go and read 2016 Mahama's SOTN address and what he said about the banking sector, and what the IMF told him to do but didn't.

When NPP came to power after Mahama, they were under obligation to clean the banking sector due how Mahama and his quack government mismanaged it. Go and read the "AUDIT" report that was published about the banking sector after Mahama left office in 2016 and what they did.
