  OUR approach in GH has been different.....
  
  
  The Government of Ghana sold the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) drill ship, Discoverer 511, on July 17, 2001. It was sold for $24 million by the Ministry of Energy to settle a $47 million default debt the corporation owed the French bank Societe Generale.
  
  And in recent times your guess is as good as mine....Millions of dollars has been spent under GH leadership (forget about which party was in Gov.) at the end of the day the common man will see the results of the quality investments made....
  
  
  The National Development Planning Commission of GHANA and leadership of GH....make destiny changing moves (without the fluff of press conferences and fanfare or investments in non-core business.......point the limited canons at 1 or 2 points and blow GH into prosperity...let the AKER PECAN fields be developed fast....with GH having a bigger stake when the oil begins to flow.....
  
  GHANA is not poor.....COPY from NORWAY.....our population is growing...and the needs/wants of the common man...and pressure on the CEDI to import goods to cater for a GH population of 55million is a more difficult problem to solve.....so the earlier the better
