98 per cent public sector workers migrated unto SSSS

Latest figures from the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission indicate that more than ninety eight percent of public sector workers have been migrated onto the single spine salary structure.

This is expected to increase at the end of this month with the migration of some four thousand public sector workers.

Director of Finance and Administration at the Fair Wages Commission Joseph Gadikor told XYZ Business the Commission is impressed with the pace of the migration.

He said another thousand public sector workers will be final batch to be migrated unto the new pay policy.

Mr Gadikor is hopeful that the commission will meet its December 31 deadline for migrating all public sector workers.
