  Tax is an important instrument which contributes significantly towards the development of a country. Ghana government need to place a significant tax rate allocation onto businesses, which should be used for meaningful developments of the country, but not used to pay big bonuses to the ministers and or to the government officials. We all know that taxes imposed on business and companies are basically paid by the customers, but it hurts to pay taxes all to look up and the country is still at where it has always been years back. So if the government is willing to make good use of taxes collected from business, then is a perfect idea for the country as a whole.
  Ghana will be better off just adapting the western systems of taxations.
