All the ATMs are linked by a combination of Satellite/Microwave Radio technology as an integral part of the bank's strategy to increase the channels through which customers experience world class service. According to Mr Vishnu Mohan, Managing Director of the bank, the New facility is dictated by the Bank's overriding aim of making life easier for customers. "The bank will continue to focus on the introduction of further new products and services in the New Year," he added.
