Pineapple Company gets Interim Board

Ekumfi-Essueshyia (C/R), Sept. 13, GNA- Shareholders of the Ekumfi Pineapple Processing Company (EPPC) at their general meeting at Ekumfi-Essueshyia in the Central Region, appointed a 10-member Interim Board of Directors to steer the affairs of the company.

Secretary to the board, Mr Essakoh told the Ghana News Agency at Ekumfi-Essueshyia, that the board is doing everything in its power to ensure that the company was registered by the end of the month.

Mr Essakoh urged Ekumfi citizens, particularly those engaged in pineapple production, to register with the company.
