  It's sad we can't manage anything. Instead of resolving the short fall in electricity production, we got an excuse to break down a well thought out multi task corporation. Others are successfully managing giant multi national, multi task corporation. Let's not reduce VRA to a small electricity entity that will end up paying so much to private companies using it's own assets to provide services to it(VRA).
