HE WAS NEVER AWAKE, TO START WITHho! he's been snoring on the job. napo, adutwum and co have confused him with their version of free shs. after creating all the congestion in secondary schools now you see the wisdom in putting a limit on the qualifying mark for shs. I hope they are aware that some of students you forcibly pushed into some of the top schools are slowly withdrawing themselves.... they just cannot cope. how do you leapfrog from Bechem Nkwanta to Wesley Girls or Holy Child?
