Accra, Oct. 11, GNA - The Ghana Stock Exchange continued its slow rise on Wednesday on the strength of another impressive gain by Enterprise Insurance Company (EIC).
The GSE-All Share Index, the benchmark measure, climbed by 0.29 points to close at 4,887.84 points from 4,887.55 points on Tuesday. Change for the year-to-date went remained at -28.11 per cent. Traded shares shrank to 106,300 shares from 52,400. Enterprise Insurance Company gained 150 cedis at 6,500 cedis. Market capitalisation ended 92,164.55 billion cedis.
