This year’s edition is the follow up on the company’s two previous housing fairs held in 2017 and 2018 respectively.
Scheduled for April 6 and 7 the Housing Fair has successfully drawn large crowds of property enthusiasts and brought together hundreds of property seekers and real estate stakeholders including agents, developers as well as ancillary service providers to meet the high demand and increased interest of property seekers in acquiring property in Ghana.
Chief Executive Officer of meqasa.com, Kelvin Nyame, said the Property Expo offers attendees networking opportunities and the chance to learn from knowledgeable speakers on insightful and instructive seminars relating to property investments, mortgages, land litigation and home security.
He added the property expo is the perfect place for people actively and passively looking to buy a new house or land; seeking to rent an apartment or office space; investors seeking stellar real estate projects to back, individuals and families looking for deals on home improvement as well as making the right choice when purchasing a house.

Its extremely important that we help them in the process of the first investment so we want to the right people or property developers so they understand the steps involved and take tier time to make decisions," he stated.
With over 30 real estate developers exhibiting their properties, the annual housing fair offers a chance beneficial to homeowners/landlords, home seekers, real estate agents and developers alike.
