Why do we train our nurses and other students for free and allow them to flee the country to other nations, to give their services to foreign countries ? If that is the case with the students, then the Ghana government should make it obligatory for the training of nurses to be secured with either landed properties or other assets before they are admitted into Nursing Schools in the country. The country should firmly stand up to this. Ghana is loosing !!!
