    Not correct. They are not saying it is a criminal offence to call somebody "auntie". The complainant said she does not like being called "auntie" but the Ghaiaian persisted in calling her "aunrie".

    The court should have asked the nurse or Ghana Embasy to explain that word,and other investigations.The judge is an example of judge inadequacy
