25-year-old arrested after girlfriend was found dead in his room

A 25-year-old man, Kwame Whisky, has been arrested by the Kasoa Ofaakor Police after his girlfriend was found dead in his room at Awutu Papase in the Central Region.

Linda reportedly visited the suspect on the evening of Thursday, September 25, 2025, and shared a meal prepared by him.

“The Kasoa Ofaakor Police have arrested 25-year-old Kwame Whisky after his 22-year-old girlfriend, Linda, was found dead in his room in Awutu Papase. Linda was last seen visiting him on the evening of September 25, 2025,” the post read.

Police arrest 2 suspected soldiers over mining company robbery attempt

Meanwhile the body of the deceased has been transferred to the police mortuary as investigations continue.
