Akamba Committee for court on Wednesday

Accra, Sept. 20, GNA - The five-member committee investigating allegations of wrong doing against Mr Kwaku Ansa-Asare, Director of the Ghana School of Law (GSL), would appear before court on Wednesday, September 21.

This follows a writ filed at the High Court by Mr Ansa-Asare seeking an order to prohibit the Committee from investigating him. In his motion the Mr Ansa-Asare said the Committee had denied him the right to equal treatment.

The Committee hopes to continue with its sittings on Thursday, September 22.
