Cape Coast, June 22, GNA- A circuit court at Cape Coast on Friday granted 60 million cedis bail with two sureties to be justified to a 42-year-old security man who was believed to have indecently assaulted a British girl. James Mensah allegedly fondled with the breasts of the 11- year- old girl at the Sanaa Lodge hotel in Cape Coast. The suspect who was remanded into police custody for three days had earlier pleaded not guilty and would re-appear at court on Friday July 13. In a related development the sentence of Nathan Gilfillian, father of the victim, who pleaded guilty for slapping Mensah for fondling with his daughter's breasts, was however deferred until the final determination of Mensah's case. It would be recalled that on Sunday June 17, this year, Mensah was arrested for allegedly fondling with the breasts of the daughter of Gilfillian, an Accra-based British businessman. It was when Gilfillian and his family visited the Elmina and Cape Coast castles.
