Police to rid Police stations of accident vehicles

Accra, June 30, GNA 96 The Accra Regional Police Command said on Friday that it would embark on an exercise to rid all Police stations within its jurisdiction of accident vehicles. It has, therefore, asked all owners of accident vehicles parked at the various Police stations to arrange to clear them by July 14. A statement issued by Assistant Superintendent of Police Cephas of the Greater Accra Public Affairs Unit of the Ghana Police Service, also advised all drivers with faded or illegible number plates to change them to avoid arrest and prosecution. 30 June 06
