Raise the price of cocoa beans and smuggling will stop. stop harassing the poor farmer who wants a better price.
His salary is nothing to write about. Whatabout the ministers who robbed our country and walking freely with police escorts. Cecilia Dapaah is walking freely after she bolted with tax payers money.
