  Why not put him to trial and if found guilty, dump him into the Ankarful Prison for only Twenty Years with extreme Hard Labor. While in Prison, just leave to the Male Sex Convicts and he will regret. He will be raped constantly and his Anus will become so sore he will have problems shitting. He will not come back to this World as a normal Human Being again. Just give him to the Prisoners to handle him.
