  Many people have become victims of such modus operandi, not only the vulnerable, but intelligent ones.
  We should all be careful, especially with recruitment scammers.

  If there are no buyers there would be no sellers. Likewise, if there are no sellers there would be no buyers. The law should find a way of punishing those who give money to people to facilitate their travelling abroad. Those collecting money to send people abroad are not representatives of those countries, so why should people approach them in the first place? Persons who patronise these fraudsters should lose three-quarters of their monies to the state so it can serve as deterrent to others. Is it not in our law that givers and takers of bribe are both guilty?
