  Currently, GPHA is not selling anything like tugboat at all, even if yes Tugboat are to be sold, it is not Brem even though he is one of the engineers in the port, selling of this things is a process.

  Everything You Need to Know About Ghanaian Fraudster Paul Frimpong who claims to be a Development Economist
  
  For years Paul Frimpong has paraded himself in the media space in Ghana as a Development Economist, and more recently he has extended his trade into the international media, most notably China Central Television and China Daily. On all his social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, Paul Frimpong has indicated in his biography that he is a Development Economist and claims to also be an award-winning entrepreneur and a leading economist. While his profile appears precarious, it is, however, not surprising that there is no academic record of Paul Frimpong at the University of Ghana that supports his claims. Though Frimpong included the University of Ghana in his LinkedIn Education profile section and other social media accounts like Facebook, he failed to indicate the duration spent at the university or the programme he studied. To make matters worse, none of his biographies has ever mentioned he graduated or studies at the University of Ghana. In fact, there is no academic record at the University of Ghana that shows Paul Frimpong graduated with any type of degree in Development Economics, as he has paraded himself for years in the media space.
  
  Again, Paul Fimpong claims to be ''Chartered Economist'' and ''Fellow'' of the ''Institute of Certified Chartered Economists (ICCE)'' where interestingly, he is also a founding member. There's more, while the Institute of Certified Chartered Economists (ICCE) website claims to conduct Examination at a fee, offers certifications in economics, and organizes an annual award scheme labeled as ''Most Influential Young Economists'' in fact, there is no record of ICCE's operations at the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC), a body established by the Education Regulatory Bodies Act, 2020 (Act 1023) which is responsible for the regulation and accreditation of tertiary institutions and their programs in Ghana. Also, though ICCE has operated in Ghana for several years, sadly, this so-called organization, led by Paul Frimpong which has orchestrated all sorts of schemes including taking examination fees in U.S.Dollars and issuing dubious certifications in economics to unsuspecting Ghanaians, there is no record of accreditation from any State institution in the Education sector or even international recognition. To fully ascertain what was happening at ICCE, my team of investigative journalists reached out to Paul Frimpong but he declined to respond to our questions about ICCE.
  
  Furthermore, Paul Frimpong claims to be a ''Chartered Global Investment Analyst (CGIA®),'' a certification he received from the CGIA Institute, an online and membership based professional body of finance and investment professionals which also has no record of accreditation in Ghana, and has no international recognition.
  
  Apparently, with these two dubious certifications from CGIA Institute and ICCE, and no educational background in Development Economics from any reputable university, Paul Frimpong has founded Africa-China Centre for Policy & Advisory, a think tank where he presents himself as the executive director and expert in China and African studies, attends events, conducts training, and grants media interviews, especially in the Ghanaian and the Chinese media space.
